MyMCATpal provides practice questions and study drills to help pre-med students prepare for the MCAT. The Service is a study aid only — it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a guarantee of results on the MCAT, and it is not affiliated with the AAMC.
3. Accounts
You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, resell, scrape, or redistribute question content, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.
5. Content and intellectual property
All questions, explanations, and materials on the Service are owned by MyMCATpal or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that use of the Service will result in passing the MCAT or any other exam.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyMCATpal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
